Description
Hoagland Custom, located in sunny Fernandina Beach, Florida, has specialized in custom guitar wiring and pickup making for almost 30 years…
& we love what we do!
This Tele “SO” mod gives you a really great option – in P1, it sends the bridge single coil straight out to the jack without the load of the tone pot or the cap! You get the gritty, raw Tele bridge pickup sound… and, if you need to roll in some tone cap, you can easily do that in P2.
IN ADDITION TO THAT – this gives you the “series/parallel” option – which will give you about a 15% boost in power and better tone in P4 – another great option to have!
Life is better when we have options, wouldn’t you agree?
This wiring harness is made for a Telecaster with 2 single coil pickups.
Our Hoagland Custom Tele “SO” wiring harness uses a 5-way “Super Switch”. While it gives you a lot of options that a regular lever style switch does not, it is wider and slightly deeper. In some Teles, you may need to sand the electronics cavity slightly to fit properly.
